Before I found my perfect match in photography, sewing was my creative outlet. Now it is more of a mending machine than a creating machine, but it still has it's place around here. I took sewing lessons as a little girl...making dresses and bags and boatneck blouses. My mama was a hobby seamstress, making us curtains, bedspreads, matching outfits and numerous costumes (although you know Tinkerbell was my favorite, mommy). Today this machines fixed a pair of socks, a t-shirt, and the belt of a ninja costume. Yep, it still has it's place. And as my { big boy little } watched with amusement, I told him that even boys can be taught to sew. I think he liked the idea.
