It was a first for many...for our friends, { baby little } and my sister. Daddy was out of town for work so I was happy to ask Kiki to join us. We didn't tell { baby little } until we were standing in front of the train and we didn't tell { big boy little } that his bestie was coming. I love surprises when I can actually keep myself from spoiling them. The tickets, cookies, hot cocoa...the conductor punching their tickets...the elves. They loved it all. We rode through the north pole and they blew the elves kisses. And Santa...of course the big guy is always a hit. It really was perfect...the only thing missing was daddy.

What now?It truly is a labor of love each day to search for just the right image(s)...the ones that represent our daily lives...edit them, organize them, write about them. What a wonderful experience and an amazing amount of growth this year for me. It has been a great journey but one I am not jumping into again just yet. I am going to take a breather, let the dust settle and let inspiration find me and lead me to my next project. For now, I will continue to post about our lives but only when I feel it.
