Daddy was on a boys golfing trip (well deserved as he is always with us)...so the boys and I did some errand running, dinner at the mall food court on the tiny kids tables that they insist we (I) squeeze into. The begged to play at the play place in the mall but I convinced them I had something better up my sleeve. We played pirates as they zoomed around to all the equipment on the playground down the street from our house. I got my shot, then put my camera away and just played alongside them. Pretty perfect night if you ask me.

It truly is a labor of love each day to search for just the right image(s)...the ones that represent our daily lives...edit them, organize them, write about them. What a wonderful experience and an amazing amount of growth this year for me. It has been a great journey but one I am not jumping into again just yet. I am going to take a breather, let the dust settle and let inspiration find me and lead me to my next project. For now, I will continue to post about our lives but only when I feel it.
