It was his party day. He and his friends jumped to their hearts content at the indoor bounce extravaganza that is Pump It Up. His Star Wars themed party (complete with costume) was a hit. In fact, I barely saw him until we got home. That is what big boy parties are about...having fun with your friends. I did take some pictures, but not a lot. I put the camera down (well, not the whole time) and just enjoyed the moment and conversations with friends and family. I watched him open his gifts and build a wooden car with his daddy. The day ended with a bike ride and a game of baseball in the front yard. I don't think it gets much better than that.

It truly is a labor of love each day to search for just the right image(s)...the ones that represent our daily lives...edit them, organize them, write about them. What a wonderful experience and an amazing amount of growth this year for me. It has been a great journey but one I am not jumping into again just yet. I am going to take a breather, let the dust settle and let inspiration find me and lead me to my next project. For now, I will continue to post about our lives but only when I feel it.
